At Ormond Beach Housing Authority  we strive to create housing opportunities to enhance the lives of those we serve.

The OBHA is located in sunny Central Florida, just 10 miles north of Daytona Beach & 5 miles East of I-95 off Route 40 E..  Click here for a map and directions.  Our hours of operation are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 8AM to 4:30 PM. This office is closed on Wednesdays.

Currently, OBHA owns and manages 41 public housing units and administers 193 Section 8 vouchers.

A five member Board of Commissioners appointed by the Mayor of Ormond Beach governs the OBHA.
