We will accept completed Public Housing Pre-Applications once a month on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 12 AM to 11:59 PM on that date. There will be no Pre-applications accepted before or after that date.
Public housing was established to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible low-income families. The Ormond Beach Housing Authority has 41 public housing units. This consists of six 1-bedroom units, twenty 2-bedrooms, ten 3-bedrooms, and five 4-bedrooms. They are located in the Ormond Beach area.
