Section 8 Housing
The housing choice voucher program is the federal government's major program for assisting low-income families to afford decent, safe, and sanitary housing in the private market. The Ormond Beach Housing Authority currently has 193 vouchers under the Section 8 program. Participants of this program have the choice of selecting their landlord in the designated area covered by the OBHA. This area includes Ormond Beach to Port Orange, east of I-95.
At the time you return your application, make sure you:
