Ormond Beach is located in Volusia County, 10 miles north of Daytona Beach and five miles East of I-95 off Route 40 East.

Currently, we own and manage 41 Public Housing units and administer 193 Housing Choice Vouchers. 

Ormond Beach is the home of many of the finest public and private schools in Volusia County. This includes schools serving grades kindergarten through high school. Several Ormond Beach schools have earned the State of Florida "A" Rating and three have been honored as Florida Blue Ribbon Schools.
