Florida law permits the use of marijuana for qualified patients with specific conditions, provided they are entered into the Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) by a certified physician and obtain an MMUR identification card. The card does not give you permission to smoke marijuana or vape marijuana in your apartment.
